About Infotic S.A. and the project

Infotic S.A. is a Colombian company dedicated to the integration, outsourcing and project management of information and communication technologies. Founded in 2006, Infotic is mainly focused on providing operational, administrative, technological and computer services to public entities. Infotic provides high-quality products and services, manages projects and software that provide innovative solutions with a high degree of compliance, execution and market vision.

The challenge

The company’s main objective was to increase its capacity for innovation and productivity. In the beginning, all the internal processes were manual. Infotic’s strategy involved creating applications to automate processes, increase efficiency across their activities and promptly manage customer service.
