About IBR Latam and the project

IBR Latam is a financial services company formed by professionals with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. They specialize in providing companies with all stages of collection services from sales/telemarketing, information delivery and product delivery, to automotive and mortgage BPO. Due to all the administrative processes that these services entail, the time had come for digital transformation to respond to the needs of the organization in terms of document management and analysis.


IBR’s main objective is innovation, efficiency improvement and meeting their growing customer needs. The company was in full expansion, and operational control was done manually using Excel sheets. In addition, they did not have online dashboards and the financial companies they work with could not access the documentation directly.


IBR began by identifying the manual processes involved in daily operations in administration, and customer relations and complaints. With the AuraQuantic ‘Low Code’ Application Platform (LCAP), IBR has automated processes such as: transfer process, loan guarantee process and guarantee termination process. These processes represent 85% of the company’s income.
