In the report, the analysts propose the following 4 successful practices to achieve business objectives in a fast and sustainable way.

Gartner recommends the use of tools such as low code or RPA that allow rapid automation and are complemented by extensive integration capabilities. This type of strategy; with the aim of rapid implementation, and development by “citizen developers”; will allow increased productivity and rapid experimentation.
2.- Look beyond the quick ROI
In addition to the return on investment, and the necessary budget adjustment, it is important to leverage opportunities to gain a better understanding of where we should make additional investments. It is important to reduce the risks of process redesign and application modernization, providing the value of process automation.
3.- Create a hyperautomation strategy
In a strategy for optimization, innovation and growth, it is necessary to plan the use of automation not only to optimize existing procedures, but also to transform business operations.
