Seguros Crecer has streamlined its procurement management by automating the acquisition of specific goods, including office supplies and resources for advertising and events, using AuraQuantic technology. This initiative marks the start of a comprehensive overhaul and revitalization of the company’s purchasing and payment systems. The goal is to standardize procedures, minimize operational hurdles, and enhance internal customer satisfaction.
Prior to implementing AuraQuantic, the insurer’s purchasing management system was overwhelmed by a high volume of internal requests, which were often incomplete or contained errors, according to Giselle Vargas, Assistant Manager of Purchasing and Payments. This created significant administrative challenges for the purchasing team, who had to verify and validate each requisition manually.
To address these operational issues, Seguros Crecer enlisted the help of Indepro, a leading technology consultancy firm specializing in digital transformation projects, to execute this initiative.
Following several consultations, Indepro recommended identifying and enhancing various business processes, including purchase management, by leveraging the AuraQuantic software platform to model, execute, monitor, and optimize them.
Specifically, automating the procurement management process has significantly reduced the administrative workload for the insurance company’s staff. This automation covers all stages, from the creation and approval of initial requisitions to procurement, payment, and receipt of materials. As a result, employees can now spend less time on manual and repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic activities that add greater business value. Additionally, the centralization of data and documents within AuraQuantic’s interface has streamlined access to relevant information, eliminating the need to switch between different systems.
The automation of the procurement process has significantly increased the speed and accuracy of request processing, minimizing human errors and delays. This improvement ensures proper data management, which is crucial for maintaining the integrity of operations related to procurement and internal resource management.
