What is a support case?

A support case is a query about a general topic, installation, upgrade, incident, or product suggestion.

Before opening a case, we recommend that you visit the AuraQuantic Community.

How to open a support case

1 – Opening a support case

To open a support case, log in to the Private portal.

Go to the support menu and select the most relevant option.

2 – Process and monitoring

Queries are handled as Cases, that have different stages. You will receive notifications to keep you informed of its progress.

3 – Closure

When the case has been processed, a notification of closure is sent. Closed cases are saved for future reference in the Private portal.
