The Peruvian Association of Business Process Management Professionals (ABPMP) organizes BPMDay 2022, on November 9 and 12, at the headquarters of the Universidad Privada Peruana Alemana, in Lima. The purpose of this annual event is to educate professionals on Business Process Management and promote it throughout the region.
The IV International Congress on Business Process Management will feature more than 24 sessions based on two main themes: “Implementation of Process Management in Organizations” and “BPM Technology and Digital Transformation”.
On the one hand, the sessions related to “Implementation of Process Management in Organizations” will highlight the importance of BPM technology, in public and private institutions, as a lever for change in the digital transformation process.
On the other hand, the sessions in the second thematic block “BPM Technology and Digital Transformation” will analyze the benefits and opportunities of technologies such as Business Process Management Systems (BPMS), Intelligent Business Process Management Suites (iBPMS), Business Process Automation (BPA) and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM); as well as other disruptive technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), which play a key role in the digitization of business and organizational activities, processes and models.
The seminars will be held by different industry professionals including Pedro Robledo, president of the ABPMP Spain Chapter, Marlon Dumas, Professor at the University of Tartu and co-founder of Apromore, Luis Carlo Krupp, president of the ABPMP Brazil Chapter and Augusto Miyagi, president of the ABPMP Peru Chapter.
Over 25 executives and heads of the Process and IT departments will attend the event, together with over 250 BPM professionals and representatives from the most relevant technology companies in the BPMS space. In addition, it is estimated that this year over 500 members and subscribers of the ABPMP will attend BPMDay 2022 virtually and at no cost. There is also a paid, in-person option that is open to the general public.
People interested in attending the event in online mode will have access to 12 seminars. Six of them will be given by leading figures in the BPM space and another six will be offered by internationally recognized BPM technology providers. In addition, they will be able to access the BPM technology showcase.
On the other hand, those who choose the on-site modality will have exclusive and unlimited access to all the lectures and practical workshops on the event’s agenda.
