Metagra digitizes its manufacturing process
Metagra has successfully automated multiple areas involved in the manufacturing and supply of automotive parts. The enterprise digital transformation project was carried out on the AuraQuantic platform. Thanks to this implementation, the company has achieved a digital ecosystem with access to all the necessary information, thereby reducing the manual workload, optimizing time, and improving customer satisfaction.
Before the transformation, all processes at Metagra were carried out manually, causing long delays in the production of parts as there was no way to consult any data without having to sift through a plethora of scattered files. In the absence of digitization, there were major complications when it came to managing the process of generating offers. The absence of an internal task manager to organize all the phases of the production process further accentuated the problem.
In light of these issues, the company’s management team decided to search for a tool that would allow them to manage the tasks related to customer offers in an agile and simple way. During its software evaluation period, Metagra discovered AuraQuantic through one of its partners, Eutik. The multiple benefits provided by the platform, such as its flexibility and adaptability, together with the presence of Eutik to help and guide them through the implementation, made it the ideal tool to start its digitization process.
The implementation process was carried out by Eutik and Metagra’s IT team. Initially, the automation project included the management of tasks related to the manufacturing process and the generation of offers for customers. However, after discovering all the possibilities offered by AuraQuantic, Metagra decided to extend the digitization process to other areas, specifically maintenance, IT, quality, and engineering.
The success achieved with AuraQuantic has led to the expansion of the platform to other departments. In addition, one of the company’s future objectives is to further improve the quality and management of its services and incorporate Metagra’s suppliers on the platform to improve bidirectional communication, offering faster, optimized, and more efficient services.
