Grup Heracles becomes a digitization leader in the construction sector

Grup Heracles’ digitization process has become an exemplary model for other companies in the construction sector, in the Principality of Andorra, and other areas. This is thanks to the significant business benefits it has achieved, including an 80% reduction of administrative burden for staff, and 100% compliance with the established internal protocols, aimed at avoiding legal sanctions in terms of Occupational Risk Prevention.

 

 

Thus, the company has managed to break down the barriers that hinder digital transformation in traditional sectors like the construction industry, such as resistance to change, lack of digital skills or the myth about the costs or investment involved in business digitization. Grup Heracles decided to make this transition to digital with the help of the AuraQuantic platform. A technology solution that Jordi Eslava, Head of Systems and Organization, values for its great versatility, describing it as “adaptable to the business, customizable for each client and user-friendly for the end user”.

 

Before contracting AuraQuantic, Grup Heracles used office software to monitor the different phases of the construction process, insurance policies and the materials used. In addition, there was a lack of digitization in terms of document management. This situation resulted in excessive administrative work, delays in the management of procedures and, therefore, hindered the company’s competitiveness.

 

The implementation of AuraQuantic made it possible to respond to two of the main challenges identified by the company: to digitize work reports, which were carried out 100% on paper; and, to create a centralized unit to store and consult data in real time, with the ability to accurately analyze and control the cost of each project.

 

Furthermore, the staff at Grup Heracles has acquired the knowledge to autonomously manage the development and implementation of its processes, thanks to the e-learning courses organized by the AuraQuantic Training School. The training and knowledge center offers different teaching programs on process automation and business application development, adapted to all levels.

 

At present, five companies that belong to Grup Heracles and four different business areas use AuraQuantic in their daily activity.
